As part of our commitment to the customers and the communities we serve, we strive to deliver the best services, and at times, that means making adjustments to our processes.
Effective February 7th, 2022, Caribtrans Logistics will no longer receive vehicles at our Miami warehouse/headquarter location. Instead, vehicles that customers wish to ship to the Caribbean must be received at the following address:
West Port Road
Riviera Beach, FL 33404
Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – Noon; 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
**Pre-booking from Caribtrans is required – must email VehiclesVIP@caribtrans.com**
Please note after February 7th when a vehicle is dropped off at our Miami warehouse/headquarter location instead of the new address listed above, there will be a charge assessed, a drop-off fee, of US $750.00 per day until the vehicle is transferred to the correct depot. There will also be an additional transfer fee of US $300.00 to transfer the vehicle to the correct depot.
When shipping vehicles, please remember:
- All correct and complete documents must be sent to the vehicle coordinator (see "Vehicle Checklist" below) and approved prior to the delivery of the vehicle to the correct depot address (listed above)
- List Item #2
- Once the OK has been received, the vehicle can be delivered to Caribtrans or to PPB.
- Cargo cannot be loaded inside the vehicle

☐Power of Attorney signed in blue ink.

DOCUMENATION REQUIRED FOR PUERTO RICO & USVI SHIPMENTS
☐Title Copy front and back.
☐Copy of Bill of Sales or Invoice.
☐EIN # or Federal Id from dealer/seller.
☐Color copy of passport or driver’s license.
REQUIREMENTS
☐ Fuel ¼ or less.
☐ Shipper Letter of Instructions (SLI).
☐ Insurance Waiver, if not insuring.
☐ IMO (Hazardous declaration) on hand.
