RULE: 23.6V – VDRAY – VEHICLE TERMINAL TRANSFER/DROP-OFF CHARGES (SO.FL) Eff: 07FEB2022

a. VEHICLE TERMINAL TRANSFER CHARGE:
   When Carrier accepts tender of any Vehicle at its CFS Stations in South
   Florida, or accepts tender at one of its Vehicle Receiving Stations
   named in Rule 2.12A, or pickups up a Vehicle from Shipper’s premises at
   any point in Dade, Miami or Palm Beach Counties, Florida, Carrier will
   provide Drayage Services of such Vehicles to the POL Port Terminal
   Facilities SBJ to the Vehicle Terminal Transfer Fee named below, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges (including
   any additional drop-off, pickup, container stuffing, documentation or
   Non-Operating Vehicle charges that may apply).
  
     VEHICLE TERMINAL TRANSFER CHARGE:
{A}    USD 300.00 per Vehicle
  
b. VEHICLE DROP-OFF CHARGE:
   When Shipper, or his agent, tenders a Vehicle to Carrier at a CFS
   Station in South Florida, Carrier will assess the Vehicle Drop-Off
   charge named below.  This Drop-Off charge will be assessed per calendar
   day the Vehicle remains at Carrier’s CFS Station until it is transferred
   to the POL Port Terminal to be loaded aboard transporting vessel (Day
   Vehicle can be transferred will be determined by the date Vessel
   operator is ready to receive the Vehicle).  The day Vehicle is dropped
   at Carrier’s CFS Station shall be counted as Day 1 (one).  This charge
   shall be in addition to all other applicable charges INCLUDING the
   Vehicle Terminal Transfer Charged named in paragraph a. above.  This
   charge does NOT apply on Vehicles that Carrier is requested to load into
   a consolidated container destined to the vehicle’s booked destination.
  
     VEHICLE DROP-OFF CHARGE:
{IA}   USD 750.00 per Vehicle per Day Vehicle remains at Carrier CFS
                   Station.
  
c. INLAND SERVICE CHARGES:
   In addition to the Vehicle Terminal Transfer Charge named in
   paragraph a. above, Carrier will assess any Additional Inland Service
   Charges specified in any Rule or Web Rate Page named in this Tariff
   Rate Section, on vehicles moving via Door Service from Shipper’s
   Premises at any specified points in the United States, which exit the
   United States at any So.FL Origin Port, which charge shall be in
   addition to all other applicable charges named in this Tariff Rate
   Section, INCLUDING any Waiting Time Charges named in this Tariff Rate
   Section.
